
This framework tries to demonstrates that NSCLC-SCC survival depends on maintaining coherence acrosssystemic archetype, spatial zonation, and organellar topology simultaneously. The identification of three synchronized vulnerability nodes (HK2, MAM, lipid rafts) with quantitative collapse thresholds provides a roadmapfor potential targeted intervention strategies that could be worth wile in pursuing them in further vitro tests on the matter.
