
Mazkur maqolada shaxsning professional shakllanishi jarayoni XXI asr global kompetensiyalari nuqtayi nazaridan tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqot, Tarbiya fanining nazariy asoslarini hadislar bilan integratsiya qilish orqali olib borilgan bo‘lib, zamonaviy kasbiy kompetensiyalar - ilmiy savodxonlik, axloqiy mas’uliyat, halollik, kommunikativlik va uzluksiz o‘rganish g‘oyalari hadisiy manbalar asosida yoritiladi. Hadislar shaxs kamolotining universal axloqiy-me’yoriy asosi sifatida talqin qilinib, ularning bugungi globallashuv sharoitida professional rivojlanishga ta’siri ilmiy jihatdan asoslab beriladi. Maqola xalqaro ilmiy muhokamalar uchun dolzarb bo‘lgan integrativ pedagogik modelni taklif etadi.
