Reproducibility Package for: Associations between lifetime fitness and social bonds in female red deer

Abstract

Description:This repository contains the complete set of code and data necessary to reproduce the analyses and figures for the publication "Associations between lifetime fitness and social bonds in female red deer" by Sebastian Sosa (Cervus elaphus). Contents:This archive includes the analysis script, the raw datasets, and the auxiliary R objects required to run the code. 1. Code: * `red_deer_analysis.qmd`: The Quarto source file containing all R code for data loading, analysis, and figure/table generation. 2. Data Files (CSVs): * `life_time_data.csv` * `scaled_life_time_data.csv` * `scaled_annual.csv` * `scaled_calves_survival.csv` 3. Auxiliary Objects: * `MRQAP_data.RData`: R data object containing social networks corrected by SRI, including adjacency matrices and attribute data. Instructions for Reproducibility:1. Download all files to a single local directory.2. Open `red_deer_analysis.qmd` in RStudio.3. Render the file to generate the complete analysis output. Requirements:* R (version 4.2.0 or later)* Quarto* R Packages: `ANTs`, `lme4`, `lmerTest`, `sjPlot`, `ggplot2`, `MASS`, `asnipe`, `survival`, `survminer`, `rptR`, `PerformanceAnalytics`, `gtsummary`, `coxme`.
