Abstract

Bugungi kunda pedagogika fanida erishilayotgan eng muhim yutuqlardan biri gender tenglik va farqlar asosida ta’lim berish imkoniyatlarining ochilayotganligidir. Talabalarni gender yondashuv asosida kasbiy faoliyatga tayyorlashda tizimli, integratsiyalashgan va kompetensiyaviy yondashuvlarni uyg‘unlashtirgan holda maxsus pedagogik texnologiyalarni ta’lim jarayoniga joriy etish yuqori samaradorlikka ega. Ushbu tadqiqot doirasida genderga sezgir o‘qitish texnologiyalari, shaxsga yo‘naltirilgan va faoliyatga asoslangan metodlar orqali talabalar ongida gender tenglik tamoyillari, empatiya, inklyuzivlik va kasbiy sezgirlik singari muhim kompetensiyalar shakllantirildi.
