Abstract

Ushbu maqolada steatogepatitda laborator baholashning imkoniyatlari va cheklovlari, elastografiya va magnit-rezonans asosidagi usullar, steatoz va fibrozni bir vaqtning o‘zida tahlil qilish yondashuvlari hamda natijalarni uyg‘un talqin qilish mezonlari bayon qilinadi. Tavsiya etilayotgan integratsiyalashgan algoritm birlamchi bo‘g‘inda xavf guruhlarini tez ajratish, keraksiz invaziv aralashuvlarni kamaytirish va yuqori xavfli bemorlarni o‘z vaqtida ixtisoslashgan yordamga yo‘naltirishga xizmat qiladi.
