🏛️Overview This repository contains a self-contained OMA dataset from a five-level laboratory steel frame, including processed accelerometer and strain-gauge time series (opt/subopt layouts), OMA identification outputs, and the SAP2000 FE model. 🧩Repository contents Description.pdf: file with a description of the structure and instrumentation system. Channels_locations.pdf: overview of sensor locations. steelframe-uncalibrated.sdb: SAP2000 FE model of the steel frame used to compute numerical modal properties. time_series: folder with the processed time series for the four cases. Time series are provided as semicolon-separated text files with a header row (t;channel_1;...;channel_8). Channel order matches the CHANNELS list in the corresponding *_modal_results_*.txt file: time_series/acc_filtered_time_series_opt_207_19_Hz.txt: processed time series recorded with accelerometers with optimal layout. time_series/acc_filtered_time_series_subopt_207_19_Hz.txt: processed time series recorded with accelerometers with suboptimal layout. time_series/sg_filtered_time_series_opt_70_57_Hz.txt: processed time series recorded with strain gauges with optimal layout. time_series/sg_filtered_time_series_subopt_70_57_Hz.txt: processed time series recorded with strain gauges with suboptimal layout. modal_data: OMA outputs exported from the MOVA software for each case. Each *_modal_results_*.txt file contains: (i) a summary table of the identified modes (frequency, damping, clustering and modal indicators), (ii) the CHANNELS section mapping each measurement channel to its SAP2000 DOF/element label, (iii) complex and real mode shape matrices, and (iv) the corresponding MAC matrix. For the opt cases, *_Phi_FEM_opt.txt provide the SAP2000 real mode shapes restricted to the same channel set listed under CHANNELS (same order) in the corresponding *_modal_results_opt.txt files: modal_data/acc_modal_results_opt.txt: file with the identified modal properties with accelerometers with optimal layout. modal_data/acc_modal_results_subopt.txt: file with the identified modal properties with accelerometers with suboptimal layout. modal_data/acc_Phi_FEM_opt.txt: file with the mode shapes of the FE model read in joint DOFs corresponding to optimal layout. modal_data/sg_modal_results_opt.txt: file with the identified modal properties with strain gauges with optimal layout. modal_data/sg_modal_results_subopt.txt: file with the identified modal properties with strain gauges with suboptimal layout. modal_data/sg_Phi_FEM_opt.txt: file with the mode shapes of the FE model read in element DOFs corresponding to optimal layout. 📧 Contact Antonio S.
