
This research investigates the strategic and biblical foundations for scaling a small enterprise towards multi-unit growth or large conglomerate through the application of digital skills. In contemporary economic environments, business scalability increasingly depends on digital competencies, including digital marketing, e-commerce, data analytics, automation, and virtual financial systems. Yet Scripture presents enduring principles of stewardship, wisdom, diligence, innovation, and strategic planning that underpin sustainable economic advancement. Drawing upon selected biblical texts—such as the dominion mandate (Gen 1:26–28), Joseph’s economic model (Gen 41), the parable of the talents (Matt 25:14–30), and Solomon’s wisdom tradition (Prov 24:3–4). The study adopts triangulation methodology, integrating Scriptural Review, exegesis, strategic management theory, digital transformation models, among others. The work develops a theo-strategic framework illustrating how digital skills, combined with biblical principles, support small enterprises in transitioning into scalable, multi-unit ventures. Findings reveal that biblical theology affirms digital innovation when it aligns with stewardship, productivity, and value creation. The study concludes that the integration of digital competencies with biblical ethics equips Christian entrepreneurs to navigate contemporary markets with wisdom and practical effectiveness.
