Abstract

This record documents the Data Help Desk held at AGU 2025 (December 15–19, 2025, New Orleans, Louisiana, USA). The Help Desk is a community-driven effort to connect researchers with data experts, providing guidance on data discovery, management, sharing, citation, and the FAIR principles (Findable, Accessible, Interoperable, Reusable). The materials include: Overview of the event and organizing partners List of organizers and volunteers Volunteer and demo schedules Booth materials (handouts, slides, outreach materials) The landing page serves as a reference for participants and an example for others interested in organizing similar Data Help Desks.
