These are raw values from 3 solar-powered automatic weather stations installed in rural Nepal during 2013-2015. There are some gaps due to equipment failures. Units are mm for accumulated precipitation (recorded every 5 minutes), degrees Celsius for temperature, (every 15 minutes), % for relative humidity (every 15 minutes), and V for power supply voltage (every 30 minutes). See the publication below [particularly the last paragraph of Section 2.2] for station metadata and additional information: NY Krakauer, SM Pradhanang, J Panthi, T Lakhankar, AK Jha (2015), Probabilistic precipitation estimation with a satellite product, Climate, 3(2): 329-348, doi: 10.3390/cli3020329
