Abstract

Tipo de artículo: Artículo especial Este trabajo aborda los problemas sociales derivados del desarrollo científico y tecnológico en el ámbito médico desde una perspectiva filosófica aplicada. A través de un enfoque interdisciplinario, este estudio analiza las tensiones entre el conocimiento médico, la ética clínica y la creciente tecnificación de la atención sanitaria, la exclusión de saberes alternativos y la formación profesional. Se propone una medicina más reflexiva, plural y socialmente responsable, articulando conceptos de filosofía de la ciencia, bioética, sociología médica y pedagogía crítica. La metodología empleada es cualitativa, basada en revisión bibliográfica, análisis conceptual y estudio de casos. El aporte principal radica en contribuir a la humanización de la práctica médica y a la formación ética de los profesionales de la salud, con implicaciones directas para la docencia y la calidad asistencial.

Article type: Special Article This work addresses the social problems arising from scientific and technological development in the medical field from an applied philosophical perspective. Through an interdisciplinary approach, this study analyzes the tensions between medical knowledge, clinical ethics, and the increasing technification of healthcare.”, the exclusion of alternative knowledge, and professional training. It proposes a more reflective, plural, and socially responsible medicine, articulating concepts from the philosophy of science, bioethics, medical sociology, and critical pedagogy. The methodology employed is qualitative, based on a bibliographic review, conceptual analysis, and case studies. The main contribution lies in contributing to the humanization of medical practice and the ethical training of health professionals, with direct implications for teaching and the quality of care.
