This deposit contains the codes necessary to run the simulations and plot the figures described in The influence of grain crushing and pore collapse on the formation of faults, N.A. Collins-Craft, I. Stefanou, J. Sulem & I. Einav, available at https://hal.science/hal-05282559. The codes are also available as a GitHub repository (which is the preferred way to obtain them): https://github.com/nickcollins-craft/The-influence-of-grain-crushing-and-pore-collapse-on-the-formation-of-faultsThe instructions to install the necessary packages and software, as well as how to run the simulation, post-processing and plotting codes, are described in the README.md file.
