Abstract

Неспецифический язвенный колит (НЯК) относится к хроническим воспалительным заболеваниям кишечника, часто сопровождающимся нарушением всасывания и дефицитом микронутриентов (железа, цинка, витаминов D и B₁₂, фолиевой кислоты). Эти дефициты усиливают воспаление, снижают иммунный ответ и замедляют регенерацию слизистой оболочки, что обуславливает необходимость их коррекции для повышения эффективности терапии.
