ВОЗДЕЙСТВИЕ ЗАГРЯЗНЁННЫХ СРЕД НА ИММУНОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ ОРГАНЫ ЧЕЛОВЕКА (ОБЗОР ЛИТЕРАТУРЫ)

Abstract

Резюме. В настоящем обзоре обобщены современные данные отечественной и зарубежной литературы, посвящённые влиянию факторов экологического загрязнения на морфологию и функциональное состояние иммунологических органов человека, таких как тимус, костный мозг, селезёнка, лимфатические узлы и ассоциированная с слизистыми оболочками лимфоидная ткань (MALT). Особое внимание уделено морфологическим перестройкам тканей, нарушению архитектоники органов, изменению клеточного состава и дисбалансу иммунорегуляторных механизмов. Рассмотрены основные патогенетические механизмы воздействия загрязняющих веществ, включая оксидативный стресс, хроническое воспаление, индукцию апоптоза иммунокомпетентных клеток и эпигенетические модификации. Подчёркивается значимость морфологических исследований иммунных органов как объективного критерия оценки экологически обусловленных иммунных нарушений. Ключевые слова: экологическое загрязнение, иммунная система, морфология, тимус, селезёнка, лимфатические узлы, иммунодисфункция.
