Abstract

Ushbu maqolada O‘zbekistonda startaplarni moliyalashtirish jarayonida venchur kapitalining moliyaviy instrument sifatidagi ahamiyati va iqtisodiy samaradorligi yoritiladi. Tadqiqotda venchur investitsiyalarining kapital oqimlari, risk darajasi, investorlar uchun kutilayotgan daromad stavkalari hamda startaplar tomonidan jalb qilinadigan moliyaviy resurslarning tuzilmasi chuqur tahlil qilinadi. Shuningdek, mamlakatda venchur moliyalashtirish bozorining shakllanishiga ta’sir qiluvchi fiskal imtiyozlar, davlat dasturlari, soliq yengilliklari va xususiy investorlar faolligi kabi moliyaviy omillar o‘rganiladi. Tahlillar venchur kapitalining innovatsion loyihalarga moliyaviy qo‘llab-quvvatlov berish, yuqori riskli startaplarning bozorga kirishini tezlashtirish va iqtisodiyotga qo‘shimcha investitsiyalarni jalb qilishdagi rolini ko‘rsatadi. Maqola yakunida O‘zbekistonda venchur moliyalashtirishning barqaror moliyaviy infratuzilmasini shakllantirish bo‘yicha takliflar beriladi.
