Mots clés : Entrepreneuriat, Recherche scientifique, Transfert de technologie Summary This article proposes an exploratory methodology to analyze the link between scientific production and entrepreneurship. The chosen approach allows for understanding the value creation arising from innovation and establishing a structured conceptual framework. The methodological model unfolds in three cycles: opportunity, bankability, and post-market-validation growth. This paper proposes a reproducible methodological tool for researchers and innovators wishing to create viable technology companies. The analysis of the transformation of scientific research results into marketable technologies reveals that the bottleneck in the DRC is a systemic failure. The Three-Step Conceptual Model proposed in this article offers a methodological solution to address it. By imposing a structured approach that goes from the analysis of Customer Value (Cycle 1) to Market Validation (Cycle 3), this framework enforces a necessary convergence between scientific rationality and the commercial imperative. Keywords: Entrepreneurship, Scientific Research, Technology Transfer
