This presentation brings together a set of empirical studies and applied frameworks developed within the field of Social and Occupational Health Psychology, with a particular focus on entrepreneurial intention, organizational leadership, corporate social responsibility (CSR), and psychosocial risk management in contexts of economic crisis. Drawing on established theoretical models—such as the Theory of Planned Behavior, the Entrepreneurial Event Model, and Hobfoll’s Conservation of Resources theory—the work analyzes the psychological, social, and contextual factors that foster entrepreneurial initiative, resilience, and adaptive behavior among university students, professionals, and employees. In addition, the presentation addresses the role of psychological capital (self-efficacy, optimism, hope, and resilience) as a protective resource in adverse economic and organizational conditions, and examines the impact of CSR strategies on employee well-being, motivation, and organizational commitment, particularly in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The applied dimension of the work is illustrated through intervention studies on conflict management, leadership development, and social skills training, highlighting their effectiveness in improving psychosocial outcomes, reducing stress-related indicators, and promoting healthier and more responsible organizations. Overall, the presentation offers an integrative perspective that connects entrepreneurship, leadership, psychosocial risk prevention, and sustainable organizational development, emphasizing evidence-based interventions and the social responsibility of organizations in promoting health, well-being, and employability.
