This manuscript is a speculative, hypothesis-driven preprint intended to explore an alternative interpretive framework for certain interstellar-object observations and unresolved SETI-era anomalies. All claims presented herein are explicitly non-conclusive and are offered as falsifiable conjectures rather than established results. The provisional designation “c-3I/ATLAS” is used solely as a placeholder for a candidate interstellar object discussed in public observational discourse, and does not imply official IAU confirmation. The purpose of this work is not to assert extraterrestrial intelligence, but to propose a coherent model that generates testable predictions, particularly in relation to Jovian encounters, non-ballistic acceleration, and transient electromagnetic emissions. The author welcomes critical evaluation, refutation, and observational constraints from the astrophysical community.
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
