Abstract

【Abstract (English)】 This paper proposes a multi-layered model based on "designing spaces" to balance freedom and safety in the age of generative AI. It introduces a dual structure that strengthens guardrails at the public layer while expanding degrees of freedom in the creative layer according to educational and research contexts. By incorporating a fiction/non-fiction bifurcation and presenting a five-layer operational model, the study aims to ensure cultural continuity and human agency beyond automated restrictions.
