Abstract

Maqolada madaniy diplomatiyaning xalqaro munosabatlar tizimidagi oʻrni va ahamiyati tahlil etiladi. Muallif madaniy diplomatiyani davlatning “yumshoq kuch” (soft power) strategiyasining asosiy elementi sifatida talqin qiladi. Shu bilan birga, madaniy diplomatiyaning globallashuv sharoitida davlatlar nufuzini oshirish, ishonchni mustahkamlash va xalqaro hamkorlikni rivojlantirishdagi roli ochib beriladi.
