TESLA: Text Embeddings for Serbian Language Applications – Models, Resources, and Research Impact

Abstract

Ranka Stanković je 22.12.2025. godine, na radionici CTRUST Workshop: Trust – Foundation, Measurement, and Relevance, održanoj u Institutu za fiziku u Beogradu, predstavila zajednički rad sa Mihailom Škorićem i timom projekta TESLA.Radionicu je organizovao CTRUST, a više informacija dostupno je na: https://www.ctrust.ac.rs/home/workshop. U okviru događaja održane su dve povezane prezentacije: 🔹 “TESLA: Text Embeddings for Serbian Language Applications – Models, Resources, and Research Impact”U prvom izlaganju predstavljen je projekat TESLA, sa fokusom na razvijene modele vektorizacije teksta za srpski jezik, prateće jezičke resurse i njihov istraživački i društveni uticaj. 🔹 “Hands-on with JeRTeh Language Resources and TESLA Models: Tools, Workflows, and Use Cases”Drugi deo bio je praktično orijentisan i posvećen radu sa jezičkim resursima Društva za jezičke resurse i tehnologije (JeRTeh) i TESLA modelima, uz prikaz alata, radnih tokova i konkretnih primera primene. Ovim učešćem dodatno je istaknuta uloga projekta TESLA i resursa društva JERTEH u razvoju pouzdanih i održivih jezičkih tehnologija za srpski jezik, kao i značaj povezivanja istraživanja, resursa i praktičnih primena u širem kontekstu izgradnje poverenja u savremene AI sisteme. Učesnici su upoznati i sa projektom PISAN (Platforma za istraživanje digitalizovanog sadržaja novinskih kolekcija) u okviru koje se koriste neki od rezultata projekta TESLA.
