ENSO-ERA5 Climate Analysis Codebase This release accompanies the manuscript: "South Tropical Atlantic and South Atlantic Convergence Zone: Opportunities for Long-Lead ENSO Diversity Prediction" (Bellacanzone, Bordoni & Shepherd, 2025) Features Processing pipeline (scripts 1-10): seasonal preprocessing of ERA5 data Analysis suite (scripts 12-20): PCMCI+ causal discovery, regression diagnostics, composites, and predictive modeling MCA/REOF optimization modules for precursor identification Minimal reproducibility data (~400 KB time series) Full documentation: DATA.md, CONTRIBUTING.md, environment setup
