Abstract

Ushbu tezis ilm-fan tushunchasining ijtimoiy va gnoseologik mohiyatini, ilmiy faoliyatning intellektual mehnat sifatidagi o‘ziga xos xususiyatlarini hamda ilmiy muassasalarning bilim ishlab chiqarishdagi institutsional rolini tahlil qilishga bag‘ishlangan. Ilm-fan jamiyat taraqqiyotining strategik omili sifatida talqin qilinib, ilmiy faoliyatning bilish, tushuntirish va innovatsion funksiyalari ilmiy asosda ochib beriladi. Tezisda ilmiy muassasalarning ilmiy an’analarni shakllantirish, kadrlar tayyorlash va ilmiy natijalarni amaliyot bilan bog‘lashdagi ahamiyati mantiqiy izchillikda yoritiladi. Ilm-fan, ilmiy faoliyat va ilmiy institutlar o‘rtasidagi o‘zaro bog‘liqlik zamonaviy taraqqiyot nuqtai nazaridan baholanadi
