
Resume: The objective is to investigate the development of emotional burnout syndrome in dentists according to age, gender, job experience, and specialization. Materials and Materials. 200 dentists who were enrolled in the 2024–2025 academic year at Samarkand State Medical University's Department of Dentistry were examined. V.V. Boyko created the "Methodology of diagnostics of emotional burnout level" test. Results. Of those surveyed, 53.8% said they were experiencing symptoms of emotional exhaustion. The degree of emotional burnout stages was unaffected by age, gender, or prior dental job experience (p >0.05). When professional specialization was taken into account, differences were observed in the column "caging" (p=0.02). This condition was more common among general dentists and dental surgeons. The most prevalent symptom among orthopedic dentists was "emotional detachment" (p=0.03). Conclusion. The emotional burnout syndrome is a condition that can arise from a dentist's professional activities and is influenced by the doctor's specialty.
