Abstract

Cette article introduit l'architecture AGORIA, un changement de paradigme pour la responsabilité fonctionnelle des IA en environnements régulés (Finance, Santé, Industrie). Contrairement aux architectures monolithiques, AGORIA sépare l'expertise métier (agents spécialisés probabilistes) de l'arbitrage décisionnel (Président déterministe). L'arbitrage est réalisé via une intégrale de Choquet paramétrée par un vecteur de gouvernance formel $\Theta = \langle W, \Gamma, \Sigma, \mu \rangle$, garantissant : Une ignorance contrôlée entre experts ($I(A_i;R_j)=0$) pour éviter la pollution heuristique. Une traçabilité cryptographique native par hachage de la configuration et de la décision. Une conformité "by design" aux exigences d'auditabilité de l'EU AI Act. Ce dépôt contient l'article théorique ainsi que l'implémentation de référence en Python (FastAPI).
