Bel og‘rig‘ining surunkali shaklga o‘tishida paylar, ligamentlar va paravertebral mushaklarda rivojlanadigan miofastsial disfunktsiyalarni kamaytirishda har ikki usulning to‘g‘ri ketma-ketlikda qo‘llanishi tiklanishga qisqa muddatda erishishni ta’minlashi ilmiy manbalar asosida asoslab beriladi.
