Abstract

Mazkur maqolada bel og‘riqlarining etiologik mexanizmlari, umurtqa pog‘onasi segmentlarida sodir bo‘ladigan funksional buzilishlarning patobiologik asoslari, shuningdek, ularni bartaraf etishda manual terapiya va fizioterapiya usullarining o‘zaro integratsiyasi samaradorligini yoritishga qaratilgan ilmiy tahlillar keltirilgan bo‘lib, ayniqsa, muskuloskelet tizimi faoliyatidagi disbalanslarni tuzatishda qo‘llaniladigan qo‘l bilan manipulyatsiya, yumshoq to‘qimalar mobilizatsiyasi, tortish muolajalari, elektroterapiya, ultratovush, magnitoterapiya, harakat terapiyasi kabi muolajalar kompleks qo‘llanilganda yuzaga keladigan sinergetik ta’sirlar chuqur biologik-fiziologik nuqtayi nazardan sharhlanadi [1], [4], [13]. Bel og‘rig‘ining surunkali shaklga o‘tishida paylar, ligamentlar va paravertebral mushaklarda rivojlanadigan miofastsial disfunktsiyalarni kamaytirishda har ikki usulning to‘g‘ri ketma-ketlikda qo‘llanishi tiklanishga qisqa muddatda erishishni ta’minlashi ilmiy manbalar asosida asoslab beriladi.
