
Résumé : L'intelligence artificielle (IA) a profondément remodelé le paysage du marketing en permettant aux entreprises d'interagir de manière plus personnalisée et efficace avec leurs clients. Cette étude se concentre sur l'analyse détaillée de l'impact de l'IA sur la personnalisation du marketing et l'optimisation de l'engagement client. En utilisant des exemples concrets et une étude empirique, nous explorons comment l'IA permet aux entreprises de comprendre les besoins individuels des consommateurs à une échelle sans précédent. Nous mettons en lumière les bénéfices substantiels de cette approche, notamment l'amélioration notable de l'engagement client et la fidélisation accrue. En outre, nous identifions les défis spécifiques rencontrés par les entreprises dans l'adoption de ces technologies avancées, tout en proposant des recommandations pratiques pour surmonter ces obstacles. Cette recherche vise à fournir aux décideurs des insights stratégiques essentiels pour naviguer efficacement dans un environnement concurrentiel mondial en mutation constante. Abstract : Artificial intelligence (AI) has significantly reshaped the marketing landscape by enabling businesses to interact with customers in more personalized and effective ways. This study focuses on a detailed analysis of AI's impact on marketing personalization and customer engagement optimization. Through concrete examples and empirical data, we explore how AI empowers companies to understand individual consumer needs on an unprecedented scale. We highlight the substantial benefits of this approach, including notable improvements in customer engagement and enhanced loyalty. Additionally, we identify specific challenges faced by Moroccan businesses in adopting these advanced technologies, while proposing practical recommendations to overcome these hurdles. This research aims to provide decision-makers with essential strategic insights to navigate effectively in a dynamically evolving global competitive environment.
