Abstract

ABSTRAKIndustri e-commerce Indonesia mengalami transformasi signifikanmelalui merger Tokopedia dan TikTok Shop, yang menghadirkantantangan kompleks dalam manajemen perubahan, khususnyaterkait perbedaan budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan.Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metodestudi literatur dan analisis konseptual untuk mengkaji perankepemimpinan transformasional dan budaya organisasi dalammendukung keberhasilan merger serta dampaknya terhadap kinerjaperusahaan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinantransformasional berperan krusial dalam mengomunikasikan visi,mengurangi resistensi, dan meningkatkan komitmen karyawanselama integrasi. Keselarasan budaya organisasi antara entitas lokaldan global menjadi faktor penentu keberhasilan adaptasi danpeningkatan kinerja. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusikonseptual terhadap pemahaman manajemen perubahan dalamkonteks merger digital di Indonesia, serta menekankan pentingnyasinergi kepemimpinan dan budaya organisasi untuk menciptakantransformasi yang efektif dan berkelanjutan.Kata Kunci:, Manajemen Perubahan, KepemimpinanTransformasional, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Perusahaan, Merger
