The 400 ns molecular dynamic (MD) trajectories for the wild type VPg

Abstract

The object of molecular modeling is the VPg protein truncated at the N and C- terminals. The main focus is the modeling of the hairpin containing ARG 104. Molecular dynamics (MD) trajectories with 400 ns length were performed in an aqueous medium according to the standard MD procedure.
