КЛИНИКО-ПАТОГЕНЕТИЧЕСКИЕ ОСОБЕННОСТИ ВИРУСНОГО ГЕПАТИТА С У ПАЦИЕНТОВ ОТДЕЛЕНИЙ ПРОГРАММНОГО ГЕМОДИАЛИЗА

Abstract

В последние годы отмечается существенное изменение структуры заболеваемости парентеральными вирусными гепатитами, характеризующееся снижением частоты вирусного гепатита В и выраженным ростом заболеваемости вирусным гепатитом С. Особую эпидемиологическую значимость данная проблема приобретает в отделениях программного гемодиализа, где постоянные инвазивные вмешательства, длительный непрерывный лечебный процесс и необходимость проведения гемотрансфузий создают высокий риск инфицирования вирусными гепатитами. В условиях хронической почечной недостаточности течение вирусного гепатита С приобретает особые клинико-патогенетические особенности, что обуславливает актуальность данного исследования.
