Presentation delivered at the Scientific Seminar “Reforming Research Assessment” organised by the Institute of Bioengineering of Catalonia, CERCA and the U. of Carthage on July 17th, 2025. The session was conceived as an opportunity to share the project’s approach and progress with other institutions committed to CoARA changes in research assessment. The presentation includes our project characteristics, and the results regarding researchers’ perceptions of the system’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. Finally, it outlines the new assessment criteria, defining key dimensions for change, and provides a concrete example of a narrative CV we adopted, aligned with international commitments in research assessment reform.
