Catálogo de planos del Cementerio Presbítero Matías Maestro (Lima, 1816-2012)

Abstract

The Catalog of Plans of the Presbítero Matías Maestro Cemetery (Lima, 1816-2012) is a compilation of 16 cartographic pieces created between 1816 and 2012, related to the General Cemetery of Lima, the first cemetery in the capital. In addition to descriptions and digitized plans, the text includes an introductory study on the spatial evolution of the cemetery. This publication is part of the Catalogs of Historical Sources of Peru series, whose main purpose is to provide preliminary descriptions and classifications of systematized historical sources, allowing for the identification of new research questions in History and Social Sciences.
