Abstract

Ushbu maqolada maktabgacha ta'lim tizimida amalga oshirilayotgan islohotlar, ta'lim sifatini oshirish va raqobatbardosh kadrlar tayyorlash jarayonida direktor oʻrinbosarining oʻrni va roli yoritilgan. Maktabgacha ta'lim tashkiloti direktor oʻrinbosarining kasbiy kompetensiyasi tarkibiy qismlari — pedagogik, metodik, boshqaruv, innovatsion va kommunikativ koʻnikmalar ta'lim sifatini ta'minlashda muhim omil sifatida tahlil qilingan. Shuningdek, kasbiy kompetensiyani rivojlantirish uchun zarur boʻlgan pedagogik shart-sharoitlar, jumladan metodik qoʻllab-quvvatlash, innovatsion texnologiyalarni joriy etish, ijodiy muhitni shakllantirish, hamkorlikni yoʻlga qoʻyish va monitoring tizimini takomillashtirish kabi jihatlar ilmiy asosda yoritilgan.
