Abstract

يتناول هذا المقال وسائل دفع مسؤولية الطبيب البيطري عن إنتاج الدواء البيطري من خلال البحث عن تحقيق توازن بين مصلحة المنتج (الطبيب البيطري أو المؤسسة المصنعة) في تشجيع الابتكار وعدم تحميله مخاطر قد تعرقل البحث العلمي، ومصلحة المستخدمين (المربين، الفلاحين، المستهلكين غير المباشرين…) في ضمان الحد الأقصى من السلامة والحماية من الأضرار المحتملة
