Abstract

Болаларда ўткир экссудатив ўрта отит (ЎЭЎО) оториноларингология амалиётида энг кўп учрайдиган касалликлардан бири бўлиб, у ўрта қулоқ бўшлиғида сероз ёки сероз-шиллиқ экссудат тўпланиши билан характерланади. Касаллик айниқса 2–7 ёшли болалар орасида кенг тарқалган бўлиб, Евстахий найининг анатомик-функционал етишмовчилиги, аденоид вегетациялар ва юқори нафас йўлларининг тез-тез инфекцияланиши билан боғлиқ.
