Ensuring the development of consciousness for young teachers is essential so that they can question the situations of tension, unforeseen events, movement, and contingency that they face in their work. This process may seem long, but it is essential to help them flourish. We will show that there are ways to support and prepare trainee teachers within the framework of in-service training, for a smooth entry into the profession by drawing inspiration from research on the analysis of practices, with the aim of encouraging a more integrated approach to their training. This system, based on psychological studies, has been well structured and, despite some problems, it makes it possible to create links and reduce the distance between the theory taught at the university and the reality experienced in the field, at school.
