We present a novel geometric framework that reveals a deep structural connection between semiprime factorization and the location of Riemann zeta zeros. By encoding numbers as "islands" through division by the repunit 111111111 and applying iterative "jig" transformations using √10 or √111111111 as operators, we demonstrate that both prime factors and zeta zeros manifest at specific crossing points in a pre-numerical geometric structure. This approach locates zeta zeros with the simple formula: zero = ℏ² × island, where ℏ = √111111111 and island = zero/111111111, confirmed across multiple non-trivial zeros.
