Abstract

Ushbu tezisda qadimgi yunon dramaturgiyasi namoyandasi Sofoklning “Shoh Edip” tragediyasi badiiy-falsafiy jihatdan tahlil qilinadi. Asarda inson taqdiri, irodasi, ayb va javobgarlik masalalari markaziy o‘rinni egallashi yoritiladi. Tragediya syujeti orqali insonning o‘z taqdiridan qochib qutula olmasligi, haqiqatni izlash jarayoni va uning fojeali oqibatlari tahlil etiladi. Shuningdek, asarning jahon dramaturgiyasi rivojidagi ahamiyati ochib beriladi.
