This is the version of turkuwasps used to draft a manuscript on Peruvian Syzeuctus diversity. This release handles analysing the habitat use and phenology of wasp species, drawing rarefaction curves with approximate confidence intervals, and estimating the evenness of species abundances. Main changes to previous releases are the ability to easily draw rainfall and other time-dependent data. To install the package, you can download it, unzip, then tell R to install it: install.packages("PATH_TO_FOLDER", repos=NULL, type="source") The download includes a ReadMe file with basic examples of what you can do with the code. You can also look for updated instructions and code at the package's GitHub pages.
