
These data correspond to characterization of differente nanopartiles coated with metabolites from the beneficial bacterium G36 and rosmarinus extract; and to characterization of rosmarinus extracts from plants treated with these silver nanoparticles. The majority of the data are in comma-separated values (.csv) format and plain excel (.xls) and portable document format (.pdf). This work is composed by two different experiments: silver nanoparticles synthesis and characterization; and the study of silver nanopartilces effect in postharvest rosemary plants. Rosmarinus ethanolic extracts (100% (v/v)) were obtained after silver nanoparticles aplication in rosemary postharvest steams. New Stadistics information was uploaded in new version. All data information is available in "README" document.
