Zamonaviy ta’lim sharoitida o‘qituvchining nafaqat bilimdonligi, balki uning shaxsiy fazilatlari, kommunikativ ko‘nikmalari, ijodkorligi va empatik qobiliyatlari ham muvaffaqiyatli pedagogik faoliyatning asosiy omillaridan biri ekanligi ta’kidlanadi. Tadqiqot teatr pedagogikasining nazariy asoslari va uning didaktik salohiyatini o‘rganib, roli o‘yinlar, improvizatsiya, ovoz va harakat mashg‘ulotlari kabi amaliy mexanizmlarning o‘qituvchi shaxsiy va kasbiy kompetensiyalarini shakllantirishdagi ahamiyatini yoritadi. Maqolada xorijiy va milliy ta’lim tajribalari umumlashtirilib, teatr pedagogikasini o‘qituvchi kadrlarni tayyorlash va malakasini oshirish tizimiga integratsiya qilish bo‘yicha amaliy tavsiyalar beriladi.
