Abstract

Mazkur maqolada tijorat banklari faoliyatiga islomiy bank xizmatlarini joriy etishning nazariy va amaliy jihatlari tadqiq etilgan. Islomiy moliya tamoyillarining mohiyati, foizsiz moliyalashtirish mexanizmlari hamda ularning an’anaviy bank tizimi bilan o‘zaro uyg‘unlashuvi ilmiy asosda tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot jarayonida islomiy bank xizmatlarini joriy etish orqali moliyaviy inklyuziyani kengaytirish, real sektorni qo‘llab-quvvatlash va bank risklarini kamaytirish imkoniyatlari aniqlangan. Maqolada, shuningdek, rivojlanayotgan mamlakatlar, xususan O‘zbekiston bank tizimida islomiy bank xizmatlarini joriy etish istiqbollari va ushbu jarayonda yuzaga keladigan institutsional hamda normativ-huquqiy muammolar yoritilgan. Olingan xulosalar tijorat banklari faoliyatini diversifikatsiya qilish va bank tizimi barqarorligini oshirishga qaratilgan amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqishga xizmat qiladi.
