Abstract

Ushbu maqola intellektual mulk obyektlari sifatida sanoat namunalari va seleksiya yutuqlarining milliy va xalqaro huquqiy asoslarini tahlil qiladi. O‘zbekiston Respublikasi qonunchiligi, xususan “Ixtirolar, foydali modellar va sanoat namunalari to‘g‘risida”gi va “Seleksiya yutuqlari va ularning himoyasi to‘g‘risida”gi qonunlar, shuningdek, xalqaro huquqiy instrumentlar (Parij Konvensiyasi, TRIPS bitimi, Gaaga kelishuvi, UPOV Konvensiyasi) doirasida ularning yaratilishi, patentlanishi va himoya mexanizmlari batafsil yoritilgan. Maqola sanoat namunalari va seleksiya yutuqlarining innovatsion iqtisodiyotdagi o‘rni, huquqiy himoya mexanizmlari va patent egalarining huquqlari haqida ilmiy va amaliy jihatlarni o‘z ichiga oladi.
