ПСИХОЛОГИЧЕСКИЕ ДЕТЕРМИНАНТЫ И МОТИВАЦИОННЫЕ ФАКТОРЫ ФОРМИРОВАНИЕ ЭМОЦИОНАЛЬНОЙ УСТОЙЧИВОСТИ У ВОЕННОСЛУЖАЩИХ

Abstract

В статье анализируются мотивационно-психологические механизмы развития эмоциональной устойчивости личности, особенно в контексте профессиональной и военной деятельности. Эмоциональная устойчивость рассматривается как интегративное качество личности, обеспечивающее сохранение внутреннего равновесия, контроль над эмоциями и поведением в условиях стресса и повышенной ответственности. Особое внимание уделено роли мотивационной сферы личности, определяющей уровень саморегуляции, уверенности в себе и готовности к преодолению трудностей. Автор раскрывает влияние внутренних и внешних мотивов на формирование эмоциональной устойчивости и описывает эффективные психологические методы её развития, направленные на повышение стрессоустойчивости и адаптационного потенциала военнослужащих.
