Pairwise alignment of UCSC ClinVar, CpG island and ENCODE TFBS tracks performed among hg19, hg38 and T2T-CHM13 reference genomes. Description of datasets and the original publication will soon be uploaded on bioRxiv (Cherchi et al, T2T-CHM13 reference genome reduces mapping bias and enhances alignment accuracy at disease-associated variants). The code that was used to annotate sequence change among the original BED files can be found at this GitHub repository.
