This repository provides the complete dataset for the article titled "A high-content imaging pipeline to investigate subcytotoxic effects in RTgill-W1 cells". The dataset is a case study done with chemical Tebuthiuron: Raw microscopy images from high-content screening exposure experiments Extracted and pooled cellular features from CellProfiler analysis CellProfiler pipeline files Processed data including multiple contrast analyses and preliminary results Test image subset The contents are described in "navigation.txt".
