L'influence des tensions de rôle sur l'intention de départ des cadres du secteur bancaire ivoirien

Abstract

L’objectif principal de notre étude est d’analyser l’influence des tensions de rôle sur l’intention de départ des cadres du secteur bancaire ivoirien. Notre recherche mobilise une méthodologie mixte. La phase qualitative a consisté à réaliser des entretiens semi-directifs auprès de douze (12) cadres de banques commerciales. Cette étape nous a permis de valider nos concepts et adapter les échelles de mesure. Ensuite, une étude quantitative a été menée auprès de deux cent vingt (220) cadres. Les résultats montrent que contrairement aux deux autres formes de tensions de rôle (conflit de rôle et ambiguïté de rôle), la surcharge de rôle n’a aucun effet significatif sur l’intention de départ des cadres.
