
Sr₂Bo₃Cl: Tb³⁺ phosphor was prepared by the solid-state synthesis method, and studied its thermoluminescence property was studied. The XRD pattern of the prepared phosphor is well match with the JCPDS file .In present study the trapping parameter such as order of kinetics , activation energy and frequency factor have been calculated for the glow peaks Sr₂Bo₃Cl: Tb³⁺ by using chens method .The trap death and frequency factor were foudn to be 2.275 eV and 1.08E+41s-1
