Abstract

Статья посвящена анализу мотивационных особенностей осужденных к трудовой деятельностии обучению в условиях пенитенциарной системы. Рассматриваются внутренние и внешние мотивационныефакторы, влияющие на включённость осужденных в труд и профессиональное обучение, а также психологическиебарьеры, связанные с дефицитом самоэффективности, низкой учебной мотивацией и ограниченным жизненнымопытом.
