
This article explores the interrelationship between classroom management and teacher-learner interaction in fostering an effective learning environment. It examines how clear classroom structures and positive interactions between teachers and students influence academic performance, student engagement, and behavior. Through a qualitative research approach, including classroom observations and teacher interviews, the study identifies key management strategies that contribute to both discipline and student motivation. The article also highlights the importance of establishing strong teacher-student relationships for academic success and underscores the necessity of integrating both classroom management and interactive communication techniques in teacher training programs.
