Abstract

Резюме. Мақолада этанолнинг инсон адренал безларига таъсири, морфометрик параметрлар ва гистоморфологик ремоделланиш жараёнлари комплекс таҳлили асосида ўрганилди. Тадқиқот 48 нафар беморнинг адренал безлари тўқималари мисолида амалга оширилди. Этанол экспозицияси қўзғалиши билан без паренхимасидаги морфологик ўзгаришлар ва ўлчамлар динамикаси аниқланди. Ўрганиш натижалари этанолнинг эндокрин тизимга салбий таъсирини илмий асосда кўрсатди. Калит сўзлар: буйрак усти безлари, этанол, морфометрик кўрсаткичлар, гистоморфологик ўзгаришлар, токсик таъсир, экспериментал тадқиқот.
